1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website yours.limited and related services (the "Service") operated by Yeka Studio Ltd, a company registered in England, United Kingdom. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the service
yours.limited offers limited-edition products certified with unique NFTs on the blockchain, providing verifiable proof of ownership. The Service includes browsing products, creating an account, purchasing products, and (where applicable) minting or managing NFT certificates. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or for other legitimate reasons.
4. Purchases and payment
Prices are as displayed and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe). By placing an order you agree to pay the stated price and comply with any checkout terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g. for pricing errors, fraud, or stock limits). Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable law.
5. NFTs and digital certificates
Where we issue NFT-based certificates or digital assets, your rights are as described at the time of purchase and in any associated documentation. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. You are responsible for understanding and securing any wallets or keys used in connection with the Service. We do not guarantee the continued operation of any specific blockchain or third-party wallet.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to infringe others' rights, to distribute malware, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our or others' systems, or to abuse or overload the Service. We may take technical and legal action in response to misuse.
7. Intellectual property
The Service and its content (including design, text, graphics, and software) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission. Purchasing a product does not grant you rights to our brand or platform beyond the specific product and any licence stated at purchase.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied) regarding the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Limitation of liability
Subject to the paragraph above, we (and our directors, employees, and affiliates) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or these Terms. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.
11. General
If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right. We may assign our rights under these Terms; you may not assign without our consent. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any other referenced documents) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
